• Learn how to use AI directly within messaging apps to draft replies, rewrite messages, summarise conversations, and get instant assistance using natural language.
• Understand how to customise AI behaviour, tone, and response style for different business needs.
• Learn how to connect documents to AI so it can answer questions based on organisation-specific information.
• Learn how to upload and manage reference materials such as policies, SOPs, and product information.
• Meeting Transcription and Summarisation: Learn how to record, transcribe, and automatically summarise meetings.
• Understand how to extract key points, decisions, and action items from transcripts.
• Working with Documents Using AI: Understand how to summarise long reports, extract key insights, and ask questions based on document content.
• Apply AI to contracts, manuals, and internal documents to reduce reading and processing time.
• Creating Simple Visual Content with AI: Learn how to remove image backgrounds with one click.
• Understand how to prepare clean visuals for presentations, documents, and basic business use.

   Class Details:

• Full-day class from 10am to 5pm.
• Lunch is excluded.  You can have your own lunch at the restaurants nearby the academy.
• Certificate of Completion is awarded upon your completion of this class.
• We maintain a low student-to-model ratio allowing for better shooting opportunities and experimentation with various camera settings.
• Professional models are hired to allow participants to practise their newly learned skills on shooting.
• Class notes will be provided when you sign up via our online system; these include videos, cheat-sheets and also summary notes, which you can watch or print at your own convenience.
• There is a minimum number of 5 participants for this class. If this minimum number is not achieved, we have no alternative but to reschedule this class or refund accordingly.
