COURSE OUTLINE:
You will learn the complete workflow to plan and execute a successful video shoot
• Learn about good & correct Filming, Audio, and Editing techniques
• Learn how to properly set up the filming equipment, cameras & lights
• Set etiquette - The proper way to conduct a shoot
• The Rules of filming explained (eg: Eye-line & Leveling, 180 degrees Rule, 90 degrees Shift, Continuity & Takes)
• Odd & Even scripting/dialog shooting techniques
• Camera angles and framing techniques (Rule Of Space, Rule of 3rds, Cinematic Crops)
• Camera's movement techniques (such as static, float, dollying, sliding, panning, jibbing, and steady-cam techniques)
• Good audio properties and how to set them up correctly
• Audio standards in video & filming
• Good & easy lighting styles. Learn how to set up various types of lights, from natural lighting to induced light (eg: LEDs)
• Learn how lighting affects the scene & how to position your lights effectively

Full-day class from 10am to 5pm.
Meals are excluded. You can have your own lunch at the restaurants nearby the academy.
Course is divided into 2 sections throughout both day: Theory Session and Practical Session.
We maintain a low student-to-trainer ratio allowing for better learning & shooting opportunities & experimentation with various camera settings.
Participants will receive 2 years of E-Learning access to contents of this course, these include videos, cheat-sheets and also summary notes, which you can watch or download/print at your own convenience.
