Learn about the basics of photo editing & retouching principles, along with highly useful editing tips & tricks.
• Introduction to Adobe Photoshop: The history of photoshop and how it became the industry leader for photo editing software.
• Navigating Adobe Photoshop: Get familiarized with Photoshop’s workspace, interface and all the tools.
• Introduction to the various tools & effects in Adobe Photoshop and their respective functions.
• Adjusting exposure using different tools to achieve different outcomes: The Brightness tool, The Exposure tool, Levels & Curves. Why exposure must be the first parameter to be adjusted before anything else.
• Learn about screen color calibration & how to best get accurate colors before you start enhancing images in Photoshop
• Colors: Adjusting Saturation, Vibrance, Hue & Tint.
• Learn the various Selection tools: Lasso Tool, Polygonal Lasso Tool, Magic Wand & others.
• Layers: How layers work and how to use the blending methods.
