Understand how modern cameras perform focusing & the technology behind them
DSLR: master the professionally preferred method of Focus, Lock and Recompose way of getting sharp photos quickly.
Mirrorless: learn the 3 effective ways modern Mirrorless cameras use to get sharp photos
Smartphone: learn how to lock focus on your subject & at the same time attain perfect exposure with AEL/AFL.

You will learn Arts Of Seeing in this part of the course, making you better in Composing your photos the next time you hold our cameras!
Understand how Compositions are divided into 5 important groups of rules; in the concept of Arts Of Seeing.
Learn how humankind have been perceiving images based on these criterias:
Brightness: how humans' visual anatomies put brightness as the top most appealing condition when evaluating nice photos
Colors: how colors have been an important cognitive part of human perception
Space: learn how giving room and space to a photo will immediately make a photo many folds nicer
Closer: learn how humans are captivated by Closeness and details in image evaluation
Simplicity: learn how artists & creative professional use Simplicity to draw the attention of their viewers.

   Class Details:

• Full-day class from 10am to 5pm.
• Course Format:
  - Theory Session: 2 hours
  - Practical Session: 4 hours
  - Time: 10am to 5pm
• Meals are excluded.  You can have your own lunch at the many choices of restaurants nearby the academy.
• Participants should bring their own camera devices, but camera rental can be provided.
• Certificate of Completion is awarded upon your completion of this class.
• Class is divided into 2 sections throughout the day: Theory Session and Practical Session.
• We maintain a low student-to-model ratio allowing for better shooting opportunities and experimentation with various camera settings.
• Occassionally, professional models are hired to allow participants to practise their newly learned skills on shooting.
• Class notes will be provided when you sign up via our online system; these include videos, cheat-sheets and also summary notes, which you can watch or print at your own convenience.
• There is a minimum number of 5 participants for this class. If this minimum number is not achieved, we have no alternative but to reschedule this class or refund accordingly.
