Taking great portrait photography of your furry friends has plenty of challenges, including how to get a pet to sit still and look at the camera. The short answer is practice, be very patience and be creative.
Course Introduction
Introduces how to shoot amazing pet photographs. The tips and tricks, the preparation and so on.
What you need to prepare for the shoot?
For Indoor Studio:
- Prepare a high chair or table to place your pet for this shoot. It is easier to take control of them.
- Put your camera on tripod if you do not have assistant for the shoot.
- Design your set in advance, test all the lighting before putting your subject on the set.
Props
- Prepare some treats.
- Prepare their favourite toys.
- Prepare a toy/ball that can make sound to attract their attention during shoot.
- Accessories that you can add for your shoot (e.g. necklace for pet, bandana for pet, small little ribbon & etc).
- Non slippery mat
