COURSE OUTLINE:
• Introduction to Adobe Animate: The evolution from Adobe Flash and how to utilize this software to create 2D animations.
• Interface: Introduction to the tools and interface of Adobe Animate, where to locate the various tools and what are their functions.
• Animation: The 2 methods to you can use to animate your character (Tweening OR Frame-by-frame)
• Raster & Vector based animations, which animation method to use on Raster images & Vector images
• Creating shapes: Creating various shapes from the available tools.
• The Magic Pencil and Pen tools: How & when to use them.
• Layers: How layers work and how the layers interact with each other.
• Master Layer properties & additional features/options
• The Width tool: Using this tool to manipulate lines.
• Keyframes: Basic concept of keyframes and how to start animating using this method
• Animating shapes using the Tweening method
• The Text tool: Using the text tool and how to add animations to text.
• Making more complicated animations
• Exporting your animations.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Participants will learn step-by-step how to:
• Navigate the layout & menus of Adobe Animate and identify the various tools.
• Identify raster & vector images and classify them as such
• Create various shapes using the tools available within Adobe Animate
• Use the Magic Pencil & Pen tools to extract desired shapes and characters
• Incorporate and manipulate Layers to improve the animations (including Layers options & features)
• Manage keyframes to adjust animation duration
• Animate shapes using the Tweening method
• Add text and animate the text layer
• Export the final video to a suitable format










 

  
   Class Details:

• Full-day class from 10am to 5pm

• Meals are excluded.  You can have your own lunch at the restaurants nearby the academy

• Course is divided into 2 sections throughout both day: Theory Session and Practical Session

• We maintain a low student-to-trainer ratio allowing for better learning & shooting opportunities & experimentation with various camera settings

• Participants will receive 2 years of E-Learning access to contents of this course, these include videos, cheat-sheets and also summary notes, which you can watch or download/print at your own convenience

• There is a minimum number of 2 participants for this course
