COURSE OUTLINE:

• Setting up a Contact Number & WhatsApp Account for AI Bot Chats: Learn how to register a dedicated WhatsApp number for chatbot interactions.  
• Learn to deploy how API works
• Learn how to choose the different AI models for your chat bots: OpenAI, Deepseek, Character AI and others
• Understand how codes are made (learning coding is optional in this class; all codes will be provided)
• Learn to install all dependencies required to deploy your bot in 20 minutes.
• Learn what each dependency does and their role.
• Learn to tune, prompt and tweak your bot to chat naturally like a human.
• Learn the choices of telco and their packages for sim cards (from physical sims to non-physical sims)
Setting up a WhatsApp Group for AI Bot Chats: Configure bot permissions and manage multiple users within a group chat.  
• Bot runs on a normal Whatsapp account and need no Business Account Whatsapp.
• IMPORTANT: Participants who have no programming language will be taught the basic while advanced coders will enjoy how easy yet flexible this class is.  (Codes involved, around one A4 page of codes only. We will learn to use Node.js for this project.)
• Choosing a Running Environment for Your AI Bot (Self-Hosted or Cloud-Hosted): Compare the advantages and limitations of self-hosting vs. cloud-hosting solutions and get an overview of popular platforms for deploying AI chatbots.  
• Setting up the Bot’s Character & Personality: Define the bot’s tone, response style, and engagement level to match your brand identity.  
• Setting up the Bot’s Knowledge Bank: Understand how AI-powered bots retrieve and process data to generate replies.  
• Setting up the Bot’s Memory of Chats with Other Users: Implement short-term and long-term memory features to improve user interactions.  
• Fine-tuning the Bot’s Character and Chatting Styles: Adjust response timing, wording, and conversational flow for better engagement.  
• Deploying Your AI Chatbot LIVE on WhatsApp: Step-by-step guide to launching the chatbot. You will learn on-premise deployment on your own home or office computers (Mac OSX or Windows) or use cloud hosted servers.
• Learn Various Tips & Tricks to Test Your Bots: Troubleshoot common issues and enhance bot efficiency.
